Tato práce nazvaná Ukrytí obyvatelstva se skládá ze dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a právní rámec týkající se řešené problematiky. Dále je zaměřena na základní rozdělení úkrytů, stručný historický kontext a současný stav řešené problematiky v rámci České republiky a dalších vybraných zemích. Závěrečná část se blíže věnuje specifické části řešené problematiky, kterou je improvizované ukrytí, od budování až po nezbytnou dokumentaci. Druhou, praktickou část bakalářské práce tvoří charakteristika typového objektu zvoleného pro realizaci úprav pro potřeby ukrytí obyvatelstva. Dále jsou zde provedeny návrhy stavebních úprav, společně s výpočtem potřebného množství stavebního materiálu. Závěr tvoří zhodnocení získaných výsledků a vytyčených cílů, také jsou zde zmíněny úkoly, kterým je potřeba se nadále věnovat. |

This thesis, called ''Sheltering of the Population'', consists of two parts. The first, theoretical part, defines basic concepts and legislation related to the main issue. It is also focused on the classification of shelters, historical background and current situation within the Czech Republic and other selected countries. The end of this teoretical part deals with improvised hiding places and its construction, necessary documentation etc. The second practical part of bachelor thesis is made up of characteristics of a typical building chosen for the implementation of modifications for needs of sheltering the population. In addition, there are proposals for construction modifications, together with the calculation of the required amount of building materials. The conclusion is an evaluation of results obtained and set objectives, also the tasks that need to be further addressed are mentioned. |
