Cílem této práce je prozkoumat podmínky neziskových organizací a navrhnout vhodnou strategii pro další rozvoj Valašské nadace. Nadace jako jedna z forem neziskové organizace je závislá na vnějších zdrojích (darech od firem a občanů, dotacích, grantech ), proto mě zajímaly zejména možnosti dalšího financování tohoto rozvoje, protože Valašská nadace z pohledu jejích projektů a naplňování účelu jejího vzniku funguje velmi dobře, přestože se jedná o velmi malou organizaci fungující z velké části na dobrovolnické bázi. V teoretické části je uvedena česká legislativa týkající se neziskových organizací, jsou popsána specifika zdanění a účetnictví nadací. Analýza se pak zabývá dosavadním hospodařením nadace a zjišťuje nové možnosti ve financování jejích projektů. Samotný projekt pak obsahuje strategii pro další rozvoj - z pohledu finančního plánování, marketingu, ale také fundraisingových aktivit a prezentace Valašské nadace. |

The purpose of this work is to explore non-profit organizations situation and to find proper strategy for further development of the Wallachian Foundation. This foundation, as a non-profit organization, depends on external resources (firm and public gifts, grants, subsidies ) that's why I was interested primarily in further financing possibilities of this organization. Projects of the Wallachian Foundation are very successful and infuse its purposes; eventhough, it is just a tiny organization that co-operate with a lot of volunteers. The theoretical part explains legislation of non-profit associations and discribes fiscal and accounting specifics of the foundation. The analysis presents existing bookkeeping of the Wallachian Foundation and searching for new financing posibilities for its projects. The project part contains further development strategy - financial planning, marketing, fundraising and advertisement of the Wallachian Foundation. |
