dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pojednává o nutnosti realizace dílčích kroků souvisejících s BOZP před zahájením provozu ve startupové výrobní společnosti. Úvod práce obsahuje základní pojmy a legislativu v oblasti BOZP platnou pro Českou republiku. Cílem praktické části práce je definice všech typových pracovišť a činností, jejich následná analýza z hlediska BOZP rizik. Výsledkem je návrh bezpečnostních opatření a jejich aplikace ve společnosti, vedoucí k bezpečnému zahájení provoz

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis discusses implementation needs of partial steps related to health and safety before starting operations in a startup manufacturing company. Introduction contains basic concepts and legislation in the field of health and safety valid for the Czech Republic. The aim of the practical part of the work is the definition of all types of workplaces and activities, their subsequent analysis in terms of health and safety risks. The result is a proposal for security measures and their application in the company, leading to a safe start of operation.
