Tématem této bakalářské práce je význam diagnostikování dětí, a to pohledem učitelů mateřských škol. Tato bakalářská práce má výzkumný charakter. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to na teoretickou část a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena především na pedagogickou diagnostiku. Tato část také vymezuje pojmy jako školní zralost a připravenost či individualizace. Nedílnou součástí této teoretické části je také učitel a jeho role při diagnostikování. Hlavním cílem praktické části je poté zjistit, jaký názor mají učitelky na diagnostikování dětí v prostředí mateřské školy. Data potřebná pro tuto praktickou část bakalářské práce byly získány pomocí dotazníku určeného učitelkám a učitelům mateřských škol. Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že dle učitelek, které se účastnily tohoto výzkumu je diagnostika nejvíce důležitá pro zjištění úrovně dítěte. Dále také z výzkumu vyplynulo, že nejvíce učitelek by pro zlepšení svých kompetencí v oblasti diagnostikování ocenilo spolupráci s jiným učitelem. |

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the importance of diagnosing children through the perspective of kindergarten teachers. This bachelor thesis has a research character. The thesis is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part is focused mainly on pedagogical diagnostics. This section also defines terms such as school maturity and readiness or individualization. An integral part of this theoretical part is also the teacher and his role in diagnosis. The main goal of the practical part is then to find out what the teachers' opinion is on diagnosing children in the kindergarten environment. The data needed for this practical part of the bachelor thesis were obtained using a questionnaire intended for kindergarten teachers. The research showed that according to the teachers who participated in this research, diagnostics is the most important for determining the child's level. Furthermore, the research also showed that most female teachers would appreciate cooperation with another teacher to improve their diagnostic competences. |
