dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na selhání pěstounské péče. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení rodiny a jejímu postavení v současné společnosti. Druhá kapitola rozpracovává náhradní systém výchovy, pěstounskou péči a rozpad pěstounské rodiny. Praktická část se zabývá kvalitativním výzkumem realizovaným pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a zpracovaným interpretativní fenomenologickou analýzou. Cílem práce je porozumět žité zkušenosti mladých dospělých, kteří se v dětství setkali s předčasným ukončením pěstounské péče z důvodu jejího selhání.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on the failure of foster care. The theoretical part is devoted to defining the family and its position in contemporary society. The second chapter elaborates on the replacement education system, foster care, and the breakdown of the foster family. The practical part deals with qualitative research carried out using semi-structured interviews and processed by interpretative phenomenological analysis. The thesis aims to understand the lived experience of young adults who encountered early termination of foster care in childhood due to failure.
