Diplomová práce se zabývá zkušenostmi pedagogů vyučujících na základní škole se sociálním pedagogem. práce si klade za cíl zjistit zkušenosti, názory a postoje učitelů základních škol s činnostmi práce sociálního pedagoga. V teoretické části se práce zabývá historickými kontexty sociální pedagogiky, jejími charakteristickými rysy a funkcemi. Dále se teoretická část věnuje vymezení profese sociálního pedagoga a jeho působení ona základní škole. praktická část se zabývá kvalitativním výzkumem a rozhovory s pedagogy na základní škole. Zde nás zajímaly nejen zkušenosti pedagogů, ale také zdali se učitelé domnívají, že v rámci výchovně-vzdělávacího procesu by měli znát sociální aspekty žáků. |

The diploma thesis deals with the experiences of pedagogues teaching at primary school with a social pedagogue. The thesis aims to find out the experiences, opinions and attitudes of primary school teachers with the activities of the social pedagogue. In the theoretical part, the work deals with the historical contexts of social pedagogues, their characteristic features and functions. Furthermore, the theoretical part is devoted to the definition of the profession of a social pedagogue and his work at a primary school. The practical part deals with qualitative research and interviews with elementary school teachers. Here, we were interested not only in the experiences of pedagogues but also whether teachers believe that they should know the social aspects of pupils as part of the educational process. |
