Teoretická část pojednává o instituci dětského domova, uvádí funkci rodiny a její substituci v ústavní péči, rizika ústavní péče, dále se věnuje deprivací a následkům, reakcí dětí na přechod z jednoho ústavu do jiného. Poslední část teoretické části se věnuje problematice mladých lidí, kteří opouští dětský domov, možnostem pomoci mladým lidem poskytovaných sociálními pracovníky nejen zařízení. Praktická část obsahuje kvantitativní výzkum, jehož cílem je zjistit, jaké představy o svoji budoucnosti v oblasti zaměstnanosti a bydlení mají klienti opouštějící dětský domov. |
