dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter. Zabývá se komparací legislativních a dalších textových dokumentů k profesní přípravě učitelů preprimárního vzdělávání v České republice, na Slovensku a v Polsku. Cílem teoretické části je vymezit klíčové pojmy a sumarizovat teoretická východiska o pregraduální přípravě učitelů preprimárního vzdělávání jak v České republice, tak také v EU. Empirická část představuje kvalitativní design a pro jeho realizaci byla zvolena metoda obsahové analýzy textových dokumentů s následnou komparaci. Výsledky výzkumu mohou následně posloužit jako inspirace k řešení aktuálního problému profesní přípravy pedagogů preprimárního vzdělávání v České republice.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis has a theoretical-empirical character. It deals with the comparison of legislative and other text documents on the professional training of teachers of pre-primary education in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. The aim of the theoretical part is to define key terms and summarize the theoretical basis of undergraduate training of teachers of pre-primary education not only in the Czech Republic but also in the European context. The empirical part represents qualitative design and for its implementation the method of content analysis of text documents with subsequent comparison was chosen. The results of the research can then serve as inspiration for solving the current problem of professional training of teachers of pre-primary education in the Czech Republic.
