dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na informovanost obyvatelstva v mimořádných událostech v Olomouckém kraji. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, kdy první část je teoretická a druhá část je praktická. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá danou problematikou, základními pojmy, historickým vývojem a aktuální koncepcí ochrany obyvatelstva. Praktická část je vlastní výzkumné šetření za účelem zjištění úrovně všeobecných znalostí obyvatelstva v oblasti chování za mimořádných událostí. Zjišťuje se informovanost a připravenost obyvatelstva na mimořádné události, edukace v dané oblasti a poté následuje vyhodnocení. Závěrem práce je možné zlepšení obyvatelstva v dané oblasti, a to jak už v připravenosti tak informovanosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis is focused on the awareness of the population in extraordinary events in the Olomouc Region. The work is divided into two parts, where the first part is theoretical and the second part is practical. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis deals with the given issue, basic terms, historical development and the current concept of population protection. The practical part is a proper research investigation in order to determine the level of general knowledge of the population in the field of behavior during extraordinary events. The awareness and preparedness of the population for extraordinary events, education in the given area is ascertained, and then the evaluation follows. The conclusion of the work is the possible improvement of the population in the given area, both in terms of preparedness and information.
