dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zlepšení procesu v přepravě osob ve vybrané společnosti. Pomocí analýzy současného stavu, určení rizik a jejich opatření, byla vytyčena úzká místa. Těmto úzkým místům jsem navrhl zefektivnění a doporučení pro danou společnost. Nakonec jsem se zaměřil na kupování 10denních známek, které je neekonomické a navrhl řešení jiné.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis focuses on improving the process of transporting people in a selected company. Through analysis of the current state, identifying risks and their measures, bottlenecks were identified. I proposed streamlining and recommendations for the company to address these bottlenecks. Finally, I focused on the purchase of 10-day passes, which is uneconomical, and proposed an alternative solution.
