Táto práca je venovaná problematike činnosti SBS na základe zákonov č. 473/2005 Z. z., 455/1991 Sb., 513/1991 Sb. a 262/2006 Sb. Tieto zákony detailne popisujem a v ďalšej časti porovnávam pozitíva a negatíva právnych prostredí vplývajúcich na činnosť SBS v ČR a SR. Zároveň podávam prehľad o obdobných právnych úpravách v Európskej únii. V poslednej časti analyzujem zmeny legislatívy vo Veľkej Británii a z nich vyplývajúce odporúčania pre ČR. |

This work is devoted to issue of PSS and their activities on the base of acts number 473/2005 statutes at large, number 455/1991 statutes at large, number 513/1991 statutes at large and number 262/2006 statutes at large. I am analyzing these acts in detail and at the next part comparing positives and negatives of legal environs which have influence on activities PSS in CR and SR. At the same time I am focusing on similar legal acts in European Union. Last part is dedicated to analysis of new legislation in the UK and resulting recommendation for CR. |
