dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na implementaci kalkulační metody Activity-Based Costing ve vybrané společnosti. Zvolený problém byl řešen pomocí procesní nákladové analýzy. Implementace nové kalkulační metody Activity-Based Costing byla provedena na třech produktech společnosti. Konečné výsledky kalkulační metody ABC daných produktů byly porovnány se současnou kalkulační metodou podniku. Výsledky byly zanalyzovány a vyhodnoceny, bylo navrhnuto řešení a závěrečná doporučení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on the implementation of Activity-Based Costing calculation method.The selected problem was solved using process cost analysis. The implementation of the new Activity-Based Costing calculation method was used for three products. The final results of the ABC costing method of the products were compared with the company's current costing method. The results were analyzed and evaluated, a solution was suggested and final recommendations were addressed directly to the management of the company.
