dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice probiotických biosurfaktantů. Po úvodní klasifikaci mikrobiálních biotenzidů získávaných především z patogenních mikroorganismů následuje charakteristika probiotických typů, včetně zdrojů jejich získávání a způsobů detekce. Další část práce je zaměřena na význam probiotických biosurfaktantů v kosmetice, zemědělství a v jiných oblastech průmyslu. V závěru jsou uvedeny příklady výrobků s obsahem biosurfaktantů dostupné na současném trhu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of probiotic biosurfactants. After an initial classification of microbial biosurfactants derived mainly from pathogenic microorganisms, a characterization of probiotic types follows, including their sources and methods of detection. The next part of the thesis focuses on the importance of probiotic biosurfactants in cosmetics, agriculture and other areas of industry. Finally, examples of products containing biosurfactants available on the current market are given.
