dc.description.abstract	Tato práce popisuje a vymezuje důležité aspekty ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta s mitrální regurgitací léčeného metodou MitraClip. Je rozdělena na dvě části teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje problematiku mitrální regurgitace a její řešení vybranou metodou MitraClip a ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienta před a po tomto výkonu. Druhá čest je praktická, v níž jsou zpracovány čtyři kazuistiky, v nich je zaměření na dušnost pacienta před a po výkonu, ošetřovatelskou péči o ivazivní vstupy a jejich komplikaci v podobě krvácení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This paper describes and defines the important aspects of nursing care for patients with mitral regurgitation treated with MitraClip. It is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the problem of mitral regurgitation and its treatment with the selected MitraClip method and the nursing care of the patient before and after this procedure. The second part is practical, in which four case reports are presented, focusing on the patient's dyspnea before and after the procedure and the nursing care of the invasive access and its complication in the form of bleeding.
