dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá poskytováním ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů s primárním maligním nádorem mozku. Teoretická část je rozdělena do kapitol, které popisují anatomii mozku, členění nádorů, diagnostiku a možnosti léčby. Praktická část je zpracována metodou kvalitativního výzkumu. Všechny informace a poskytnutá data byla analyzována a zpracována do 3 kazuistik. Cílem práce zjistit ošetřovatelské činnosti u pacientů s inoperabilním glioblastomem. Dílčím cílem bylo zjistit míru soběstačnosti u aplikace inzulínu při diabetes mellitus, vyvolaného kortikoterapií a sestavit individuální ošetřovatelský plán na základě zjištěných neuspokojených potřeb klasifikovaných dle diagnóz taxonomie NANDA II.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis deals with the provision of nursing care for patients with a primary malignant tumour of the brain. The theoretical part is divided into parts that describe the anatomy of the brain, classification of tumours, diagnosis, and treatment options. The practical part is processed by the method of qualitative research. All the information and data provided were analysed and processed into 3 case reports. The aim of the thesis is to determine nursing activities in patients with inoperable glioblastoma. Another aim is to find out the degree of self-sufficiency in the application of insulin for diabetes mellitus induced by the corticotherapy and to compile an individual nursing plan based on the identified unmet needs classified according to Taxonomy II NANDA diagnoses.
