dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na financování a způsob implementace investičního projektu v obci Vražné, který má za cíl vybudovat nové dětské hřiště s edukativními prvky. V teoretické části jsou formulována teoretická východiska týkající se hospodaření obcí a financování investic. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu hospodaření obce Vražné v posledních pěti letech a konkrétní analýzu finančních možností pro realizaci daného investičního projektu. Dílčím cílem práce je poskytnout obci Vražné praktické návody pro úspěšnou realizaci investičního projektu, včetně doporučení optimální varianty financování a analýzy přínosů a rizik daného projektu.

The practical part includes an analysis of the municipality of Vražné's management in the last five years and a specific analysis of financial possibilities for the implementation of the investment project. The secondary goal of this work is to provide practical guidelines for the successful implementation of the investment project in the municipality of Vražné, including recommendations for the optimal financing option and an analysis of the benefits and risks of the project.
