dc.description.abstract	Návrh a celková realizace aplikace pro správu odborných školení se zaměřením pro menší firmy. Takový cíl si klade tahle bakalářská práce. Úvod se věnuje problematice školení, proč jsou důležitá a proč je vlastně zapotřebí software, který nám správu školení zefektivní a zlevní. V následující části se pak práce zabývá popsáním technologií a samotným návrhem aplikace i databáze. Zde jsou podrobně popsány požadavky zákazníka a následně vymodelovány scénáře případů užití. Na základě těchto poskytnutých informací je aplikace a databáze zhotovena s funkcionalitami, jako jsou například vytváření nových školení, zapisování se na školení a podrobnější přehledy a statistiky. Je kladen důraz na přehlednost a intuitivnost používání, a to z pohledu všech uživatelů. Výsledkem je tudíž plnohodnotná aplikace, která prošla fázemi návrhu, realizací a testováním.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Design and overall realization of an application for managing proffesional trainings with focus on smaller companies is the aim of this bachelor's thesis. The introduction is devoted to the issues of proffesional trainings, why they are important and why there is a need for a software solution that will make the management of trainings more efficient and cheaper. Following part then describes technologies and the design of the application and database itself. Customer's requirements are described in detail and use case scenarios are modeled. Based on this provided information, the application and database are create with functionalities such as creating new trainings, signing up for trainings and more detailed overview of overall statistics. Emphasis is placed on clarity and intuitiveness of use from the perspective of all users. The result is therefore a full-fledged application that has gone throughthe stages of initial design, implementation and testing.
