Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na návrh rozvoje kulturních aktivit neziskových organizací ve městě Strážnice. Hlavním cílem práce je provést analýzu současného stavu a identifikování překážek, které znemožňují další rozvoj kulturních aktivit. Práce je strukturovaná na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se skládá ze tří kapitol, které se zabývají kulturou, neziskovými organizacemi a regionální a místním rozvojem. V rámci teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy související s tématem práce. Praktická část se věnuje popisu města Strážnice. V praktické části byla provedena socioekonomická analýza a podrobný přehled kulturní infrastruktury města. V rámci bakalářské práce byly uskutečněny semistrukturované rozhovory s aktéry místní kultury. Na základě získaných byly navrženy konkrétní návrhy, které přispějí k podpoře dalšího rozvoje kulturních aktivit města Strážnice. |

The bachelor thesis focuses on the proposal of development of cultural activities by non-profit organization in municipality Strážnice. The main aim of the thesis is to analyse the current state and identify obstacles hindering further development of culture activities. The thesis is structured into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part consists of three chapters that focuses on culture, non-profit organizations, and regional and local development. Within this part, key terms related to the topic of the thesis are thoroughly defined. The practical part is devoted to a thorough description of the town Strážnice. It includes a socio-economic analysis and a detailed overview of the town´s cultural infrastructure. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with active participants in the field of culture as part of the bachelor thesis. Concrete recommendations are put forward based on the gathered data, aiming to support the further development of cultural activities in the town of Strážnice. |
