dc.description.abstract Tato bakalárska práca je zameraná na zabezpečenie spoločenskej akcie v kontexte ochrany mäkkých cieľov a to konktrétne na športové podujatie medzinárodného parahokejového turnaja - Slovakia Cup. Teoretická časť sa zaoberá právnymi normami, mäkkými cieľmi, preberá činnosti bezpečnostných zložiek a na konci tejto časti je uvedený cieľ práce a použité metódy. Praktická časť poukazuje na predstavenie mesta Dolný Kubín, predstavenie daného športového podujatia medzinárodného parahokejového turnaja - Slovakia Cup, vytvára analýzu súčastného stavu bezpečnosti na tomto podujatí a zaoberá sa vytvorením koordinačného plánu. Posledná kapitola tejto časti preberá návrh na opatrenia skvelitnenie a bezpečnosť mäkkých cieľov.

dc.description.abstract-translated This bachelor thesis is focused on the provision of a sicial event in the context of the protection of soft target, specifically the sporting event of the international parahockey tournament - Slovakia Cup. The theoretical part deals with legal norms, soft targets, discusses the activities of security forces and at the end of this part the aim of the thesis and the methods used are presented. The practical part points out on the introduction of the town of Dolný Kubín, the introduction of the sporting event of the international parahockey tournament - Slovakia Cup, creates an analysis of the current state of security at this event and deals with the creation of a coordination plan. The last chapter of this part discusses the proposal for measures of the improvement and security od soft targets.
