dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se soustředí na analýzu nákladů a jejich řízení ve vybraném podniku v letech 2019-2022. Práce je rozčleněna na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou shromážděna teoretická východiska vztahující se k nákladům a jejich řízení. Jsou primárně zaměřena na informační podklady, pojetí a členění nákladů a nákladové funkce. Praktická část poskytuje základní informace o podniku a o jeho ekonomickém profilu ve sledovaném období. Následně byla provedena analýza nákladů podle druhů, kalkulačního členění a dle vztahu k objemu výroby. Na základě klasifikace nákladů byly sestaveny nákladové funkce. V závěru práce jsou uvedena doporučení, která mají za cíl efektivnější řízení nákladů ve vybraném podniku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of costs and their management in the selected company in the years 2019-2022. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the theoretical starting points related to costs and their management are collected. They are primarily focused on information materials, the concept and breakdown of costs and cost functions. The practical part provides basic information about the company and its economic profile in the monitored period. Subsequently, an analysis of costs was carried out according to types, calculation breakdown and according to the relationship to the volume of production. Based on the cost classification, cost functions were compiled. At the end of the thesis, recommendations are presented, which aim at more effective cost management in the selected company.
