dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaobírá tématikou měření Locus of Control u pubescentů v tradičních a alternativních školách v České republice. Teoretická část diplomové práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. V první kapitole se seznámíme s pojmem Locus of Control, autory tohoto konceptu, s oblastmi, ve kterých se dotazníky vyuţívají nejčastěji a s respondenty, pro které je tento nástroj nejčastěji pouţíván. Druhou kapitola slouţí k vymezení dětí staršího školního věku, tedy vývojovou fází a rozvojem osobnosti ve věku pubescence. Třetí kapitola bude zaměřena na tradiční a alternativní školství jak zahraniční, tak v prostředí České republiky. Praktická část se bude zaměřovat na designu výzkumu, analýze a interpretaci dat, diskuzi a na závěr doporučení pro praxi.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis deals with the topic of measuring Locus of Control in adolescents in traditional and alternative schools in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis is divided into three chapters. In the first chapter we will get acquainted with the concept of Locus of Control, the authors of this concept, the areas in which questionnaires are most often used and the respondents for whom this instrument is most often used. The second chapter is used to define older school-age children, that is, the developmental stage and personality development during adolescence. The third chapter will focus on traditional and alternative schooling both foreign and in the Czech Republic setting. The practical part will focus on research design, data analysis and interpretation, discussion and finally recommendations for practice.
