Diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním možností optimalizace kalkulačního systému ve vybrané společnosti. V teoretické části je proveden přehled relevantní literatury v oblastech nákladů, kalkulací a cenotvorby. Poznatky z teoretické části práce jsou následně aplikovány v praktické části práce. V praktické části práce je nejprve provedena finanční analýza vybrané společnosti, která poskytuje vhled do finanční situace a výkonnosti podniku. Následuje detailní analýza stávajícího kalkulačního systému, která identifikuje klíčové problematické oblasti a nedostatky v současném procesu kalkulace nákladů. Hlavním přínosem této práce je navržení a implementace efektivní nákladové kalkulace pro služby správy nemovitostí, postupu pro kalkulaci hodinové sazby údržby a kalkulaci ceny vyráběné elektrické energie. Výsledky této práce mohou posloužit jako podklad pro strategická rozhodnutí v oblasti cenové politiky a efektivního řízení nákladů. Zlepšení kalkulačního systému přispěje k efektivnějšímu využívání zdrojů společnosti. |

The diploma thesis examines the possibilities of optimizing the calculation system in a selected company. In the theoretical part, an overview of the relevant literature in the areas of costs, calculations and pricing is carried out. Knowledge from the theoretical part of the work is subsequently applied in the practical part of the work. In the practical part of the work, a financial analysis of the selected company is first performed, which provides insight into the financial situation and performance of the company. The following is a detailed analysis of the existing costing system, which identifies key problem areas and shortcomings in the current costing process. The main contribution of this work is the design and implementation of an effective cost calculation for real estate management services, a procedure for calculating the hourly maintenance rate and calculating the price of electricity produced. The results of this work can serve as a basis for strategic decisions in the area of pricing policy and effective cost management. Improving the costing system will contribute to more efficient use of the company's resources. |
