Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu úlohy Celní správy České republiky v boji proti drogové kriminalitě. Cílem práce je navrhnout opatření ke zlepšení řešené problematiky a zhodnotit očekávané přínosy v oblasti činnosti Celní správy České republiky v potírání drogové kriminality. Práce se rovněž zaměřuje na problematiku samotné drogové kriminality v ČR i ve světě, způsoby a možnosti pašování drog, technické a jiné prostředky CS ČR či statistické informace o zachycených OPL. Ke zpracování praktické části byly použity metody jako dotazníkové šetření, strukturovaný rozhovor, SWOT analýza či Ishikawa diagram. Tato práce má zmapovat nedostatky a dopomoci při zefektivnění činnosti Celní správy ČR v dané oblasti. V závěru práce jsou za tímto účelem formulovány konkrétní návrhy. |

The diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of the role of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic in the fight against drug crime. The goal of the work is to propose measures to improve the problem being addressed and evaluate the expected benefits in the area of activities of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic in combating drug crime. The work also focuses on the issue of drug crime itself in the Czech Republic and in the world, methods and possibilities of drug smuggling, technical and other means of the CS of the Czech Republic, and statistical information on captured OLD. Methods such as questionnaire survey, structured interview, SWOT analysis or Ishikawa diagram were used to process the practical part. This work is intended to map the shortcomings and assist in streamlining the activities of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic in the given area. At the end of the thesis, specific proposals are formulated for this purpose. |
