dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem zabezpečení vybrané kulturní akce z pohledu ochrany měkkých cílů. Poskytuje ucelený přehled o charakteru vybrané akce a místě její-ho konání. Popisuje současný stav a navrhuje vhodná bezpečnostní opatření. Práce je roz-dělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se zabývá základní terminolo-gií a ochranou měkkých cílů s důrazem na ochranu měkkých cílů v České republice. V praktické části jsou definována vhodná bezpečnostní opatření s ohledem na charakter vybrané kulturní akce, hrozby, kterým musí tato akce čelit a možnosti, které mohou být využity k zajištění její bezpečnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis proposes the security solution of a selected cultural event from the point of view of soft targets protection. It provides a comprehensive overview of the natu-re and the venue of the selected event. It describes the current situation and suggests ap-propriate security measures. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practi-cal. The theoretical part outlines basic terminology and protection of soft targets with emphasis on protection of soft targets in the Czech Republic. The practical part defines appropriate security measures with regard to the nature of the selected cultural event, threats which the event must face and options that can be used to ensure its safety.
