Bezpečnosť v súčasnosti patrí medzi základné potreby spoločnosti a preto je potrebné sa tejto problematike intenzívne venovať. Jedným z najstarších druhov bezpečnosti je ochrana pred požiarmi, ktorá sa historickým vývojom spoločnosti významne transformovala. Novodobé chápanie ochrany pred požiarmi ju rozdeľuje na dve základné oblasti - prevenciu a represiu. Obidve oblasti majú svoju aktívnu a pasívnu časť. Práca sa preto konkrétne zameriava na aktívnu prevenciu nazývanú proaktívna prevencia ochrany pred požiarmi a aktívnu represiu, v rámci ktorých bude vytvorená metodika určená pre aplikáciu proaktívnych spôsobov požiarnej bezpečnosti vybranej skupiny objektov vo vzťahu k aktívnej prevencii a represii. Naplnenie tejto ambície umožní minimalizáciu pravdepodobnosti vzniku nežiadúcej udalosti a tým k zníženiu intenzity dopadu na aktíva vybranej skupiny objektov. Dizertačná práca sa v prvej kapitole zameriava na popis a analýzu súčasného stavu predmetnej problematiky. Nasledujúca kapitola popisuje hlavný a parciálne ciele dizertačnej práce. Ďalšia kapitola charakterizuje zvolené vedecké metódy spracovania práce. Následne je v dizertačnej práci prezentovaný logický rámec spracovania dizertačnej práce a procesný rámec navrhovanej metodiky. Poslednou kapitolou je očakávaný prínos pre vedu a prax. |

Security is currently one of the basic needs of society, and therefore, it is necessary to devote intensive attention to this issue. One of the oldest types of security is fire protection, which has significantly transformed the historical development of society. The modern understanding of fire protection divides it into two basic areas - prevention and repression. Both areas have their active and passive parts. Therefore, the dissertation focuses explicitly on active prevention, called proactive prevention of fire protection and active repression, within which a methodological procedure designed for the application of proactive methods of fire safety of a selected group of objects in relation to active prevention and repression will be created. The fulfilment of this ambition will minimize the probability of the undesirable event occurrence and thus reduce the intensity of the impact on the assets of the selected group of objects. In the first chapter, the dissertation focuses on the description and analysis of the current state of the issue. The following chapter describes the main and partial objectives of the dissertation. The next chapter characterizes the chosen scientific methods of processing the work. Subsequently, the logical framework of the processing of the dissertation and the procedural framework of the proposed methodological procedure is presented in the dissertation. The last chapter is the expected contribution to science and practice. |
