dc.description.abstract Diplomová práce se zabývá spoluprací učitele a asistenta pedagoga v mateřské škole. Teoretická část pojednává o vzdělávání dětí se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami v mateřské škole. Dále je zaměřena na učitele a asistenta pedagoga jako aktéry inkluzivního vzdělávání v mateřské škole a na vzájemnou spolupráci obou těchto pedagogických pracovníků. Praktická část práce interpretuje získaná data kvantitativně orientovaného výzkumu, ve kterém bylo pomocí dotazníkového šetření pro učitele a asistenty pedagoga v mateřských školách zjišťováno, jak probíhá jejich vzájemná spolupráce. Na základě získaných dat byly poté zpracovány výsledky výzkumu. Jejich vyhodnocení poukazuje na to, že spolupráce učitele a asistenta pedagoga v mateřské škole v pedagogické praxi neprobíhá efektivně a je zde prostor pro její zkvalitnění.

dc.description.abstract-translated The diploma thesis deals with the cooperation of teacher and teaching assistant in kindergarten. The theoretical part is about the education of children with special educational needs in kindergarten. It is also aimed at teachers and teaching assistants as players in inclusive kindergarten education and at the mutual cooperation of the two teaching staff. The practical part of the work interprets the obtained data of quantitatively oriented research, in which a questionnaire survey for teachers and teaching assistants in kindergartens was used to determine how their cooperation with each other was conducted. The results of the research were then processed on the basis of the data obtained. Their evaluation points out that the cooperation of the teacher and the teaching assistant in kindergarten in the teaching practice is not effective and there is room to improve it.
