Cílem mé bakalářské práce je porovnat dva zdroje financování. Financování formou bankovního úvěru a financování formou leasingu, které podnikatelské jednotky nejčastěji využívají k financování jejich investičních záměrů. V teoretické části práce shrnuji všeobecné informace o této problematice, které využívám a převádím pro konkrétní investiční záměr, kterým je nákup nákladního čistícího zametacího vozu. Při analyzování se zabývám výběrem nejvýhodnější nabídky bankovní instituce, výběrem nejvýhodnější nabídky leasingové společnosti a porovnáním těchto dvou finanční institucí. Porovnávání provádím pomocí metody diskontovaných nákladů na leasing a úvěr. Závěrem navrhuji obchodní společnosti Technické služby Holešov, s.r.o. výhodnější zdroj financování. |

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to compare two arrangements of financing. The financing of way of bank loan and the financing of leasing, the companies are using the mostly for financing their investment ventures. In theoretic part of thesis I summarize the global information about this problem. I use to and translate the information for specific investment venture. It is the purchase of street sweeper. In analysis part I deal with selection of the optimal offer of the leasing company and the compare of the two financial institutions. I make the compare by help of one method of two methods. In conclusion I suggest the preferable arrangement of financing and the optimal offer of financial institution to the company Technické služby Holešov, s.r.o. |
