dc.description.abstract Táto bakalárska práca sa v teoretickej časti zameriava na rozdelenie a charakteristiku hydrogélov a vymedzenie pojmov týkajúcich sa reológie. Ďalej obsahuje základný popis štruktúry, vlastností a zdrojov želatíny, ako materiálu vhodného pre prípravu hydrogélov. V praktickej časti boli merané a hodnotené viskoelastické vlastnosti pripravených vzoriek želatínových hydrogélov z rôznych živočíšnych zdrojov v závislosti na teplote a mechanickom namáhaní. Cieľom bolo výsledky porovnať a popísať vplyv zistených vlastností na možné využitie jednotlivých typov želatíny v praxi.

dc.description.abstract-translated In the theoretical part, this bachelor's thesis focuses on the classification and characterization of hydrogels and the definition of terms related to rheology. It also contains a basic description of the structure, properties and sources of gelatin as a material suitable for the preparation of hydrogels. In the practical part, the viscoelastic properties of prepared samples of gelatin hydrogels from different animal sources were measured and evaluated depending on temperature and mechanical stress. The goal was to compare the results and describe the impact of the identified properties on the possible use of individual types of gelatin in practice.
