dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá vznikem a rozvojem podnikání s možností využití dotačních programů. V teoretické části diplomové práce se průzkumem literárních pramenů zaměřím na metody podnikatelského plánu, který je jak pro začínajícího podnikatele, tak pro následný rozvoj firmy velmi důležitým materiálem. Zaměřím se také na možnosti financování podnikatelského záměru začínajícího podnikatele. Součástí diplomové práce bude analyzována možnost využití dotační politiky z národních zdrojů České republiky a ze zdrojů Evropské unie, což souvisí především s plánovacím obdobím 2007-2013. Na základě teoretických podkladů se v praktické části zaměřím na podnikatelský plán pro vznikající firmu MT. Konkrétně analyzuji jednotlivé dotační tituly, které je možné využít pro konkrétní firmu v oblasti cestovního ruchu. Na základě této analýzy zpracuji konkrétní projektovou žádost, která bude rámcově připravena pro podání do vhodné výzvy vybraného dotačního titulu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	My dissertation deals with the rise and development of enterprise together with the possibility of using grant programmes. In the theoretical part I will, together with the research of literary source, focus on the methods of business plan which is very important material for the commencing entrepreneur the same as for the development of the company. I will also point out the possibilities of financing the business goal of young entrepreneur. Part of my dissertation will analyze the possibility of using grant policy of national sources of the Czech Republic and also the sources of European Union which is connected with the planning period 2007-2013 above all. On the base of theoretical data I will target the business plan of rising company MT. To be specific I will analyze individual grant titles which can be used for concrete company in the area of tourism. On the base of this analysis I will write a project which will be ready to be proposed in the suitable call of the grant title.	en
