Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá projektom zvýšenia konkurencieschopnosti firmy Mondi Business Paper SCP a.s Práca je rozdelená na tri časti. Teoretická časť je zameraná na popis marketingu, nástrojov marketingového mixu a konkurencieschopnosti firmy. V analytickej časti je charakterizovaná firma Mondi Business Paper SCP a.s., nasleduje PEST analýza, Porterov päť faktorový model, SWOT analýza a analýza marketingového mixu. V projektovej časti sa snažím poskytnúť návrhy najmä v oblasti marketingovej komunikácie. Práca je ukončená nákladovou a rizikovou analýzou. |

This graduation thesis is dealing with a project to increase capability of competing business of the company Mondi Business Paper SCP, Inc. The work is divided into three sections. Theoretical part is focused on description of marketing, tools of mix marketing and competing business of the company. In the analytical section, is the characteristics of the company Mondi Business Paper SCP, Inc., follow by PEST analysis, Porter five factor models, SWOT analysis and analysis of the marketing mix. In the project design section, I tried to provide proposals particularly in the area of marketing communications. Work is ends with the costing and risk analysis. |
