Oblast resocializace vícekrát vězněných osob ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody představuje sociální problém, pro jehož řešení intenzivně hledá Vězeňská služba ČR účinný nástroj. Jako nejvhodnější možnost se zatím jeví, v zahraničí prověřený, institut podmíněného propuštění s dohledem, který významnou měrou přispívá ke kultivaci a regulované integraci narušených jedinců do společnosti. V našem podání se zatím o ucelenou koncepci nejedná, spíše se nacházíme ve fázi ověřování pilotních projektů, jenž tento styl práce akcentují. Příkladem mohou být programy CEPAC a PAROLE realizované ve Věznici Kuřim, které se staly předmětem sociometrického průzkumu. Ten, stejně jako celá práce, snad přispěly k objasnění aktuální problematiky a naznačily možná východiska řešení současné situace. |

The field of social rehabilitation of repeatedly convicted and imprisoned persons represents the social problem, which requires some efficient tools in order to resolve that successfully. These tools are currently being sought by The Prison Service of the Czech Republic. As the most suitable and convenient possibility seems to be the Parole Institute, which has proven to be successful abroad, that considerably contributes to mental and emotional re-training and conducted integration of mentally defective persons to the society. Our concept is not currently regarded as an integral one, we would rather talk about the pilot projects assessment phase, which emphasize the importance of this kind of work. As the examples can serve the projects CEPAC and PAROLE performed in the Kuřim Prison which became a part of the sociometric research. This example, the same as the whole work, have perhaps clarified actual questions and problems and suggested possible way-outs of resolving the current situation. |
