Cílem této bakalářské práce je podat obraz vývoje sídlišť a s nimi spojené sociální problematiky, dále představit nástroje k jejich regeneraci a jejich dostupnost. Toto je rovněž dokumentováno na vybraných případových studiích a jako poslední výstup práce je uveden návrh zlepšení stavu panelového sídliště Jižní Svahy ve Zlíně. Práce využívá zejména metodu rešerže vybrané relevantní literatury a dalších zdrojů informací. |

The aim of bachelor thesis is to analyse present state of the panel housing estate regeneration in Czech Republic and in term of realized actuallities to propose regeneration possibilities of panel housing estate Jižní Svahy in Zlín Bachelor thesis is dividend into two parts - theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part I have described information, which I have obtained by studying literacy source about living policy and regional development. I have also expressed possible tools of panel housing estate regeneration. In practical part I have introduced case studies of panel housing estate regeneration in Czech Republic. By the help of SWOT analysis I have identified status, problems and their solving in given territory. At the close I have proposed regeneration possibilities of panel housing estate Jižní Svahy in Zlín. |
