dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá zavedením norem ISO 9001/2000 ve společnosti AMES, s.r.o. V teoretické části je popsán systém managementu jakosti dle norem ISO řady 9000 a systém environmentálního managementu dle norem ISO 14000. Dále jsou vysvětleny po-stupy pro hodnocení výkonnosti podniku a to jak klasické tak moderní měřítka výkonnosti. Praktická část obsahuje popis společnosti, dále finanční analýzu za tři roky před zavedením norem ISO. Potom je popsán průběh certifikace a postupy dle systému managementu jakos-ti. Diplomová práce obsahuje ekonomické zhodnocení po zavedení norem a následně ná-vrhy a doporučení na základě zjištěných skutečností.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis focuses on the implementation of ISO 9001/2000 norms in the company AMES, s.r.o. The theoretical portion includes a description of the quality control ma-nagement system specified by ISO 9000 and the environmental control management sys-tem of ISO 14000. The procedures for evaluating the outputs of the company, using both classical and modern measurements, are also described. The practical portion provides a description of the company, including a financial analysis for the three years prior to im-plementing the ISO norms. The next description involves the course of certification and the procedures stipulated by the quality control management system. The thesis includes finan-cial evaluations following the implementation of the norms, with proposals and recom-mendations based on the acquired information.	en
