dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na otázku rehabilitace a rekvalifikace osob se zrakovým postižením ve Zlíně. Teoretická část obsahuje všeobecné poznatky o stavbě oka, zrakových poruchách, popisuje nejčastější zrakové vady a možnosti kompenzace zrakového analyzátoru. Dále se zabývá rehabilitací zrakově postižených, charakteristikou jednotlivých složek a na ně navazující rekvalifikací a možnostmi pracovního uplatnění. Praktická část zkoumá názory zrakově postižených lidí na kvalitu a využívání služeb poskytovaných zařízeními ve městě Zlín.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis is focused on question of rehabilitation and retraining of visually impaired people in Zlin. The theoretical section contains general findings about eye structure, visual disorders, describes the most frequent visual defects and the possibility of visual analyzer compensation. The thesis consequently pursues visually impaired people's rehabilitation, separate element characteristics and following retraining with job placement possibilities. The practical section researches impaired people's opinions of quality and usage of services provided by institutions in Zlin.	en
