dc.description.abstract	Teoretická část předložené práce se zabývá historií a fungováním zahraničních společností firmy Baťa, od počátku vzniku filiálek až po současnost. Práce se zaměřuje na fungování a vznik poboček v té dané oblasti v závislosti na dostupnosti literatury. Součástí diplomové práce je praktická část, která obsahuje návrhy i vyrobené modely obuvi.
