Bakalářská práce se zabývá narůstajícím problémem dnešních rodin tj. rozvodovostí. Popisuje měnící se podobu současné rodiny, její význam a funkce. Poukazuje také na poruchy, jež se v dnešních rodinách vyskytují, především na rozvod a osoby jím dotčené. Zabývá se stávajícími úpravami poměrů po rozvodu a negativními jevy po rozvodu. Vytyčuje právní úpravy dotýkající se zájmu nezletilých dětí. |
