Na základě teoretických poznatků z oblasti motivace práce jsem se rozhodla prověřit tyto teorie v praxi. Zkoumala jsem současnou situaci motivačního systému ve společnosti Avo-net a na základě provedeného výzkumu jsem navrhla zlepšení vedoucí k lepšímu podílu na výsledcích firmy a k větší spokojenosti zaměstnanců i zaměstnavatelů. |

Based on the theoretical knowledge of work-performance motivation I decided to proof these theories in the practice. I have explored present situation of motivation system in Avonet Company and based on that I suggested improvements to increase participation at company results and to higher employee (employer) satisfaction. |
