dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat a aplikovat Dynamic System Development Method v rámci IT společnosti. Tato práce také popisuje negativní i pozitivní rozdíly mezi klasickým tj. vodopádový přístupem a Atern přístupem, vysvětluje principy DSDM stejně jako jeho vlastnosti a používané techniky. DSDM bude aplikováno na Rostering projekt, který je prioritně určen pro společnost Spirit group.	cs
