dc.description.abstract	Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zjistit jak tělesné tresty vnímají žáci základních škol na Kroměřížsku, a jak je ovlivňují. V teoretické části se zabývám vysvětlením základních pojmů, pohledem na tělesné tresty z hlediska dětských práv a jejich možných důsledků. V poslední kapitole nastiňuji tělesné tresty z pohledu jiných zahraničních zemích. V praktické části představuji svůj kvantitativní výzkumu, který jsem uskutečnila v prosinci roku 2008. Jako metodu zkoumání jsem zvolila dotazník, který mi umožnil zjistit, jak žáci základních škol vnímají tělesné tresty, a jak je tyto tresty mohou bezprostředně ovlivnit.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of my thesis is to determine how the corporal punishments are perceived by the students of primary schools in Kroměříž and how these students are influenced by them. In the theoretical part, I deal with the basic facts, with corporal punishments and their possible consequences from children rights point of view. The corporal punishments in other countries are described in the last chapter. The quantitative research held in December 2008 is included in the practical part. As a method of exploring, I distributed the questionnaire that helped me find out how the primary school students perceive the corporal punishments and how they can be affected by such punishments.	en
