dc.description.abstract	Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám současnou rodinou a její proměnou v čase. Práce je dělena do dvou částí. Obsahem teoretické části je vymezení pojmu rodina, její funkce, typy rodiny a její historie. Dále pak vymezení role matky, ženy, muže a otce. V neposlední řadě se ve své práci snažím nastínit slučitelnost rodinného a pracovního ži-vota. Cílem praktické části je zodpovědět otázku, zda a jakým způsobem se mění pozice a role muže v současné rodině.	cs
