dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice kvality ošetřovatelské péče a standardizace ošetřovatelských postupů. V teoretické části se zmiňuji o kvalitě a krocích, jak jí dosáhnout a jak ji eventuelně hodnotit. Dále zde popisuji základní rozdělení a tvorbu ošetřovatelských standardů. Jako poslední problematiku teoretické části jsem zvolil historii, vývoj a hlavní osobnosti ošetřovatelské diagnostiky NANDA. V praktické části jsem se zaměřil na vytvoření nových ošetřovatelských standardů předoperační přípravy a pooperační péče a následně jsem provedl průzkum spokojenosti s těmito dokumenty. Jako opatření pro praxi plyne z mé práce elektronická verze těchto standardů na interaktivním CD.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's work deals with the problematic of the nursing care quality and the standardization of nursing care procedures. The quality and the steps how to achiave and how to evaluate the quality is mentioned in the theoretical part of my work. Furthermore, I also describe a basic classification and a formation of the nursing standards. The theoretical part is concluded by history, developement and main personage of NANDA nursing diagnostics. In the practical part of my work, I focused on setting of new nursing standards for pre-operative prepration and postoperative medical care. Subsequently, I conducted a opinion poll in order to find otr contentment with the documents. The electronic version of the standards is available on interactive CD to be used in praxis.	en
