Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu nákladů, zhodnocení současného stavu řízení nákladů společnosti ITC, a.s. Teoretická část se zabývá poznatky z oblasti nákladů, kalkulací a rozpočtů. Analytická část se skládá z představení společnosti, následuje zhodnocení současného stavu řízení nákladů a provedení rozboru nákladových položek. Dále je provedeno druhové členění nákladů, členění nákladů podle jednotlivých divizí a vzhledem k výkonům. Na závěr jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení pro optimalizaci řízení nákladů. |

This bachelor thesis is focused on the cost analysis, evaluation of the present situation of cost control in The Institute for Testing and Certification, join stock company. In the theoretical part of my work I am dealing with knowledge from the area of costs, calculations and budgets. The analytic part consists of introducing the company, evaluating the present situation of cost control and analyzing the cost items. Then the generic cost classification and the cost classification by the divisions and according to the output is made. Various suggestions and recommendations for improving the cost control are given at the end of the thesis. |
