dc.description.abstract	Tématem mé bakalářské práce je "Zdokonalení systému motivace pracovníků v podniku KASTEK UB, a.s.". V teoretické části mé práce jsem se zabývala samotným pojmem motivace, teoriemi motivace a problémy s tím spojenými. Praktická část se skládá ze stručné charakteristiky firmy KASTEK UB, a.s., z popisu současného systému motivace a z dotazníkového průzkumu motivace technicko-hospodářských pracovníků. Závěr praktické části je věnován srovnání systému motivace s výsledky dotazníkového šetření a návrhům vedoucím ke zlepšení stavu motivace ve firmě.	cs
