Cílem diplomové práce je vytvořit projekt zlepšení motivace zaměstnanců ve společnosti TES VSETÍN, s.r.o. Teoretická část práce stručně charakterizuje význam řízení lidských zdrojů, motivaci a její teorie a seznamuje čtenáře s problematikou pracovní motivace. V praktické části jsou čtenáři informování o společnosti TES VSETÍN, s.r.o. Dále zahrnuje analýzu současné personální politiky a motivace. Následuje část dotazníkového průzkumu, kterým se zjišťovala úroveň motivace zaměstnanců v této společnosti. Získané poznatky odhalují takové oblasti pracovní motivace, ve kterých je potřeba přijmout opatření vedoucí k jejich změně. Projektová část diplomové práce definuje návrhy vedoucí ke zlepšení současného stavu motivace zaměstnanců TES VSETÍN, s.r.o. Na základě výsledků z analytické části je zpracovány návrhy zlepšení motivace ve společnosti TES VSETÍN, s.r.o. a vypracován projekt Cafeteria systému. Je provedena časová, nákladová a riziková analýza. |

The aim of this thesis is to project of improving employee motivation of TES VSETÍN, s.r.o. The theoretical part complexly characterizes the importance of human resource management, motivation and its theories and introduces readers to the problems of motivation. In the practical part are readers informed about the TES VSETÍN, s.r.o., An analysis of current personnel policies and motivation. Here is part of the questionnaire survey, which examined the level of motivation of employees in this company. Then it presents the results of research and brings out the project with some suggestions and recommendations regarding the subject - the better ways in the motivation process in order to improve the actual situation . Project of the thesis defines the proposals to improve the current state of employee motivation TES Vsetín, s.r.o. Based on the results of the analytical part is processed by improving motivation in TES VSETÍN, s.r.o. and suggested the cafeteria system. There are also the time analysis, cost analysis and risk analysis. |
