dc.description.abstract	V diplomové práci se zabývám problematikou trávení volného času delikventní mládeže. Celá práce se skládá se dvou částí ? teoretické a praktické. V úvodu teoretické části specifikuji cíl a zaměření práce. V první kapitole se zabývám historií kriminality. V následující kapitole je vymezen pojem kriminalita. Třetí kapitola objasňuje pojmy spojené s kriminalitou. Čtvrtá kapitola pojednává o teorii delikvence. Následuje popis vývojových stádií mládeže. V šesté a sedmé kapitole jsou popsány příčiny kriminality dětí a mladistvých. V další kapitole přibližuji vlivy formálních a neformálních skupin. Obsahem deváté kapitoly je vymezení pojmu volný čas a jeho souvislostí s kriminalitou mládeže. V poslední kapitole teoretické části jsou popsány trendy vývoje kriminálních aktivit u dětí a mládeže. Obsahem praktické části je průzkum zaměřený právě na vliv trávení volného času na kriminalitu mládeže. V závěru práce pak interpretuji výsledky provedeného průzkumu. Význam diplomové práce je pro mě především v obohacení profesních znalostí. Lze také předpokládat, že může být i přínosem pro mé kolegy a nepochybně i laickou veřejnost, jenž tato problematika	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with problems of young delinquent people free time activities. The whole work consists of two parts ? theoretical and practical ones. The introduction of the theoretical part specifies the aim and objectives of the work. The first chapter deals with the history of crime. Next chapter concentrates on the term of ?crime?. The third chapter gives an explanation of the terms connected with the crime. The fourth chapter analyses the theory of crime and the description of evolutionary stages of young people follows. The sixth and seventh chapters describe the causes of young people crime. Next chapter explains the influence of formal and informal groups. The ninth chapter deals with the term of free time and its connections with young people crime. Last chapter of the theoretical part describes the trends in young people crime activities of children and the youth. The content of the practical part comprises the survey oriented on the influence of free time activities on young people crime. In the conclusion of the work I interprete the results of the survey. The significance of the theses consists mainly in improvement of my professional knowledge. It can be supposed that it will contribute to the knowledge of my colleagues and also the public, which is interested in this issue.	en
