dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývala činností Rekrutačních středisek a Středisek pro výběr personálu při práci s uchazečem o služební poměr profesionálního vojáka. Dále se zabývala problematikou životní úrovně vojáka-profesionála a jeho rodiny jak z hlediska civilního života, tak zejména z hlediska vojenského. Jejím cílem bylo popsat činnost služebních orgánů, jejichž posláním je výběr nových profesionálních vojáků a zmapovat situaci, ve které se nalézají vojáci z povolání a jejich rodiny. Práci tvořili tři stěžení oblasti. V první a druhé kapitole je popisována a vysvětlena činnost uvedených organizací zabývajících se náborem profesionálních vojáků. Ve třetí části hodnotím podmínky života vojáků z povolání a jejich rodin. Ve čtvrté, praktické pomocí ankety zjišťuji názory vojenských profesionálů-studentů Univerzity obrany k aktuálním otázkám týkajících se některých aspektů souvisejících se studiem a službou v AČR. Výsledky z provedeného výzkumu ukázaly, že se armáda stabilizuje a její personál hodnotí uvedené podmínky studia a služby jako vyhovující.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the activities of Recruit Centres and Personnel Selection Centres related to the work with expectants. Further, it deals with the problems of the living standard of professional soldiers and their families both from the viewpoint of their civilian life and from the viewpoint of their military life. Its aim is to describe the activities of service bodies, the mission of which is the selection of new professional soldiers and to map out the situation in which soldiers and their families occur. The thesis contains three principal parts. The first and second part describes and explains the activities of the above-mentioned organizations dealing with the recruitment of professional soldiers. In the third part life conditions of professional soldiers and their families are evaluated. In the four, practical part the opinions of military professionals - the University of Defence students - concerning the topical issues of some aspects related to the study and service in the ACR are found out using the questionnaire. The findings of the research show that the Army has become stable and its personnel consider the above-mentioned study and service conditions fair.	en
