Práce zkoumá možnosti pomoci obětem domácího násilí, srovnává činnost organizace Fond ohrožených dětí s podobně zaměřenými subjekty v ČR. V teoretické části je rozebráno právní prostředí České republiky v porovnání s jinými evropskými zeměmi ve vztahu k domácímu násilí, dále činnost organizací zaměřených na tuto problematiku a jejich schopnost spolupráce. V praktické části jsou reprezentovány výsledky výzkumu mezi žáky pátých a devátých tříd základních škol, který je zaměřený na problematiku informovanosti dětí o domácím násilí. Respondenti formulují svůj náhled na problematiku a možná řešení v případě ohrožení osoby jim blízké. Otázky jsou zaměřeny také na zdroj informací, ze kterého respondenti slyšeli o domácím násilí. V závěru jsou formulovány nedostatky v systému pomoci obětem domácího násilí a možné směry zlepšení. |

This dissertation examines the ways of helping victims of domestic violence and is focused on the activities of the ?Fond ohrožených dětí? (The Fund for Children in Need) organization. The theoretical part describes the legal system in Czech Republic and its relation to the main topic of the dissertation, and compares it with the legal systems of some other European countries. The activities of some organizations which help victims of domestic violence and their abilities to cooperate are described there as well. The practical part represents the outcomes of the research that was carried out among the primary school pupils and focused on the level of children?s understanding of the term ?domestic violence?. The conclusion of the dissertation articulates the main problems in the process of helping victims of domestic violence and defines some possible ways of improvement. |
