dc.description.abstract	V diplomové práci se zabývám specifiky příspěvku na péči, jako formy finanční pomoci určené pro zdravotně postižené občany. Teoretická část charakterizuje a shrnuje legislativní rámec, zásadní změny v oblasti sociálních služeb a podmínky pro poskytování a zmírnění nepříznivé situace. Praktická část obsahuje výzkum a závěrečné výsledky dosažené metodou dotazů. Cílem bylo zjistit, zda finanční prostředky vedou ke zkvalitnění života zdravotně postižených respondentů. Diplomová práce vychází z teoretických poznatků a vlastní praxe.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In this thesis I am concerned with specifics of social care benefits as a form of financial aid designated for seriously handicaped citizens. The theoric part characterizes and summarizes the legislative frame, crucial changes in the sphere of the social services and the terms for granting and also the slackening of the existing unfavourable situation. The practical part contains research and the final results adjusted via the questionnaire. My aim was to find out if the use of the financial resources leads to the improvement of the handicaped respondents' lifes. This thesis is based on the theoretic findings and my own practical survey.	en
