Cílem diplomové práce bylo analyzovat faktory a důsledky pracovní spokojenosti a nespokojenosti strážníků městské policie. První část se zabývá teoretickým rozborem daného tématu ? psychologií práce, pracovní spokojeností a nespokojeností, jejími zdroji a souvisejícími faktory. Ve druhé části je uveden praktický rozbor tématu ? městská policie jako organizace, její kompetence a pracovní podmínky konkrétní městské policie. Třetí - výzkumná část ? se zabývá cílem výzkumu, popisem zkoumaného souboru respondentů, použitou metodou výzkumu a interpretací výsledků výzkumu. |

The aim of this thesis was the analysis of the factors and consequences of the job satisfaction and dissatisfaction of the City Police constables. The first part deals with the theoretical analysis of the given topic ? the psychology of work, job satisfaction and dissatisfaction, their sources and related factors. The second part is aimed at the practical analysis of the topic ? the City Police as an organization, its competence and working conditions of a particular City Police. The third ? research - part deals with the research objectives, description of the surveyed group of respondents, the applied method of the research and the interpretation of the research results. |
