Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu penitenciární praxe. Dokumentuje na příkladech rozdílný přístup, jakým bylo nahlíženo na trest, trestání a péči o odsouzené ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody z pohledu vývoje lidské společnosti. Komentuje současný stav penitenciární praxe na území České republiky. Práce pojednává o možnostech a povinnostech zaměstnanců, kteří participují na penitenciární praxi. V praktické části je na konkrétním odsouzeném demonstrován proces, kterým odsouzený prochází po nástupu do výkonu trestu odnětí svobody a při kterém je mu podle jeho potřeb a možností vytvořen individuální program zacházení. Součástí práce jsou závěry z teoretické a praktické části, které shrnují to podstatné. |

Bachelor's thesis focuses on penitenciar practice. Documented examples of a different approach, which has seen the punishment, punishment, and sentenced in the care of the prisons from the perspective of the development of human society. Penitenciární comments on the current state of practice in the Czech Republic. The work deals with the possibilities and responsibilities of employees who participate in penitenciar practice. In the practical part is sentenced to a particular demonstrated the process by which the person goes through after entering the prisons, and in which it is according to its needs and the possibility of creating an individual treatment program.
